• Kindly make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advanced to cancel or postpone an appointment.

• Cancellation on the day of appointment will incur a 50% Fee.

• Kindly bring your own slops to wear after doing a Pedicure, should you not will hire ours at R100.

Gift Vouchers

• All vouchers are valid for 1 month from the day of purchase.

• You are required to bring your voucher with you, failing to do so will result in no treatment done.

• Defaced, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash & cannot be used for payment of any other spa treatments.
